FINANCIAL TERMS
Payment & Withdrawal Policy
Current wallet, payout and campaign-funding rules. Live confirmation screens are authoritative for admin-configurable methods and fee rates.
1. Minimum withdrawal threshold
The minimum withdrawal request is $10.00 USD. A request is created only when the user has enough available wallet balance.
2. Withdrawal processing fee
The current default withdrawal processing fee is 10%. Before submission, the wallet shows the gross amount, processing fee and exact net payout. For example, at 10%, a $10.00 request shows a $1.00 fee and $9.00 net payout.
The administrator can change the configured rate. The fee and net amount shown on the live withdrawal confirmation are authoritative for that request.
3. Supported payment methods
Payment routes can be independently enabled or disabled for Add Money and Withdraw. A method that is turned off is hidden from the relevant user screen and rejected by server-side validation.
| Method | Typical settlement | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| bKash | BDT | Admin-controlled |
| Nagad | BDT | Admin-controlled |
| Rocket | BDT | Admin-controlled |
| Upay | BDT | Admin-controlled |
| USDT (TRC20) | USDT | Admin-controlled |
| PayPal | USD / supported settlement currency | Admin-controlled |
4. Wallet and transaction accounting
Withdrawal requests reserve the gross requested amount from the available balance and create transaction/ledger records. If an eligible pending or approved withdrawal is rejected, the server-side review flow refunds the reserved amount.
5. Employer campaign funding
Micro-job worker rewards are fixed by the active category/subcategory rule configured by FreePocket administration. Employers cannot lower that reward from browser code. The server calculates worker reward budget as worker count × the configured per-worker reward.
Job-posting commission is separately admin-controlled. When disabled, the employer funds only the worker reward budget. When enabled, the configured fee is added and displayed in the budget summary before submission.
6. Worker micro-job rewards
For approved marketplace micro-jobs, the configured task reward is the worker reward; FreePocket does not silently deduct a separate 25% from that displayed micro-job reward. Withdrawal processing is a separate event with its fee shown before cashout.
7. Partner-offer economics
Partner offers can have separate provider/platform economics from marketplace micro-jobs. The reward displayed and credited to the user is the user-facing reward for the completed offer. Provider gross revenue should not be confused with the user reward.
8. Payout status and public records
A submitted or approved withdrawal is not a completed payment. The public payout page only displays records that reach final paid status.
