Terms of Service
Last revised: September 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using FreePocket.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, browsing tasks, submitting proof, or funding an employer campaign on FreePocket (accessible via freepocket.work), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. User Eligibility & One-Account Policy
You must be at least 13 years of age to use FreePocket. Each individual or entity is permitted to operate exactly one FreePocket account. Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or manipulating device identifiers to claim duplicate referral bonuses or multiple task submissions is strictly prohibited and results in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of unwithdrawn balances.
3. Worker Submissions & Anti-Fraud Rules
When accepting a micro-job, workers receive an atomic 15-minute slot reservation. Workers agree to:
- Provide honest, authentic, and complete proof meeting all campaign instructions.
- Submit original screenshots captured on the authorized device without digital manipulation.
- Refrain from reusing proof files across multiple accounts or different campaigns.
- Avoid utilizing automated bot scripts, headless browsers, or fraudulent VPN proxies to falsify geographic location.
4. Employer Campaigns & Escrow Security
Employers must maintain sufficient wallet balance before launching a micro-job campaign. When a campaign is submitted, the total campaign cost (payout per worker multiplied by worker count plus platform fee) is immediately locked in secure database escrow.
Employers agree to review submitted task proofs fairly and promptly. Rejections must include a specific structured reason. If an employer fails to review a submitted task within 72 hours of submission, FreePocket automated escrow engine executes an automatic approval and credits the worker wallet balance. Any unused campaign budget from cancelled or expired slots is refunded directly to the employer wallet.
5. Prohibited Campaign Categories
In strict adherence to international platform policies (including YouTube, Google, and Web Store guidelines), FreePocket prohibits:
- Incentivized fake engagement (purchasing artificial views, subscribers, likes, or ad clicks).
- Phishing, credential harvesting, malware downloads, or pyramid schemes.
- Third-party native ad interception or browser extension manipulation.
- Deceptive CPA signups or financial scams.
6. Withdrawals & Minimum Threshold
Workers can request withdrawals once their accumulated wallet balance reaches a minimum of $10.00 USD. Supported withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, USDT TRC20, and Payoneer. FreePocket charges 0% platform withdrawal fee on standard local transfers. Withdrawals are processed to the verified account provided by the user. FreePocket reserves the right to review withdrawals exceeding normal velocity patterns for anti-fraud auditing.
7. Disputes & Moderator Arbitration
If a worker submission is rejected by an employer, the worker has a 24-hour window to file an appeal with supporting evidence. An impartial platform moderator reviews the campaign instructions, the submission evidence, and employer rejection notes. The moderator resolution is final and enforced atomically by our database settlement function.
8. Contact & Support
For legal questions, compliance inquiries, or account assistance, please contact our support team at support@freepocket.work or through our Contact Center.
