Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 2026. Your privacy and financial safety are our utmost priority.
1. Overview
FreePocket ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our workers and employers. This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information, telemetry data, and task proof materials are collected, stored, and protected when you access freepocket.work.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Your email address, display name, and optional avatar provided through Google OAuth or email signup.
- Financial & Cashout Data: Your designated payment destination (such as a bKash or Nagad mobile number, or TRON USDT address). Public ledgers display only masked account representations (e.g. 017•••••832) to safeguard your identity.
- Task Proof Uploads: Screenshots and verification text submitted to validate task completion. Files are stored in private Supabase buckets accessible only by the respective campaign employer and verified moderators through short-lived signed URLs.
- Anti-Fraud Telemetry: Anonymized device fingerprints, IP addresses, and cryptographic proof hashes (SHA-256) used exclusively to prevent multi-accounting and duplicate task fraud.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data for the following legitimate purposes:
- Maintaining your authenticated session and wallet balance ledger.
- Fulfilling deposit and withdrawal transactions to your chosen mobile wallet.
- Enforcing atomic escrow settlement when micro-tasks are approved.
- Protecting platform integrity and screening against automated bot abuse.
4. Data Protection & Storage Security
FreePocket utilizes Supabase PostgreSQL with mandatory Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforced on every database table. Sensitive operations execute through atomic SECURITY DEFINER functions with pinned search paths. All communication between your client and our servers is secured with 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party brokers.
5. Public Social Proof & Masking
To maintain absolute transparency and counter cold-start marketplace skepticism, FreePocket publishes recent payout records on our public live ledger. To protect individual safety, earner user IDs are anonymized (e.g., FP••8K2), and phone numbers or wallet addresses are truncated.
6. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify inaccuracies, or request account deletion. Upon account termination, personal identifiers are removed from our active database in accordance with legal and financial record-keeping standards.
