Platform Standard

Task Acceptance & Quality Policy

Last updated: September 2026. Applicable to all employers and workers on FreePocket.

1. Permitted Task Categories

FreePocket exists to connect verified digital businesses with authentic human workers. The following types of micro-work are strictly permitted:

  • Website & Web App QA: Finding broken links, testing checkout flows, identifying responsiveness bugs.
  • Data Annotation & Categorization: Image labeling, product tagging, research data classification.
  • Surveys & Opinion Polls: Academic research, consumer sentiment, product feedback.
  • App Usability Testing: Installation verification, first-run experience, bug reporting.
  • Community Verification: Legitimate platform onboarding, Telegram or Discord community joining.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities

Zero Tolerance Policy

Campaigns that violate third-party Terms of Service or mislead consumers will be terminated immediately with escrow forfeiture. Prohibited items include:

  • Artificial engagement on YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram (e.g. forced likes, paid comments, fake subscribers, or ad-clicking).
  • Fake customer reviews, Trustpilot ratings, or fraudulent Google Maps reviews.
  • Financial scam promotion, unlicensed crypto investments, or pyramid schemes.
  • Malware installation, phishing links, or unauthorized software downloads.
  • Bypassing KYC, CAPTCHA automation, or identity fraud tasks.

3. Worker Proof Requirements

To maintain a high approval rate and build platform karma, workers must adhere to strict submission standards:

  • Original Screenshots Only: Submitting cropped, borrowed, or recycled screenshots will result in immediate task rejection and fraud flagging.
  • Time-Bound Reservation: Workers have a strict 15-minute lock window to complete and submit proof. If the timer expires, the slot is released to another worker.
  • Clarity: Screenshots must clearly show the completion URL, verification code, or requested end state.

4. Employer Review & Auto-Approval

Employers must review submitted proofs within 72 hours. If an employer fails to review within 72 hours, FreePocket's automated engine will auto-approve the task and release the payout to the worker from escrow.

Employers cannot reject a submission without providing a clear, verifiable reason. Unfair rejections can be appealed through our Dispute System.
